ADRO in Somalia conducted the needs assessment to better understand the humanitarian situation in the targeted districts which is relative to the emergency program. The main reason for conducting the assessment is to gather information about community needs and gaps and report the assessment key findings, recommendations and conclusions for programming for better targeting.
